  A lot of cancellations to classes at the last minute, which can be frustrating when you have a busy schedule and can only go to certain classes. Customer service doesn't exist once you're a member sadly.

  Title: Good Gym, Good People I disagree with the previous post. No one was pushy. All of the staff were helpful, polite, and professional. As for the facilities, I found them to be clean and comfortable. One thing that impressed me greatly was the number of classes that are offered. The schedule provides a lot of convenience. Whether you you are here on a business trip or staying long term, I'd recommend giving the gym a visit. Dr. John Baker

  Really bad customer service. I dont recommend anyone going to this gym. The employees here keep forcing me to join the gym eventhough i told them I wasnt realy interested in it
