  Tác phong chậm chạp, hotline trụ sở thì không ai nghe máy, tác phong làm việc không chuyên nghiệp, không thực sự hỗ trợ người bị nạn. Đối vơi khách người nước ngoài bị mất hộ chiếu do cướp giật, không cung cấp cho họ chứng từ để lưu hành tại Việt Nam.

  My friend was a victim of a phone theft and after making our way here, we were told in English to go back to our hotel and get a member of our hotels reception to come back with us to translate. While we tried to explain that providing a translator was not the hotels job, but in fact the polices, we were laughed at by the police. All we wanted was to report this and we were not helped. Terrible victim services and very unprofessional behavior. A real shame after going through the ordeal of the crime itself
