  Mỗi lần đến Đà Lạt tôi lại được khám phá những điều tuyệt vời từ cảnh quan, ẩm thực và con người nơi đây. Đặc biệt là được tham gia các tuor du lịch của Dalat Trip, cám ơn sự vui vẻ, tận tình của các bạn, cảm ơn sự tâm huyết của các bạn với ngành du lịch và Đà Lạt. Khi nào có bạn bè lên Đà Lạt tôi sẽ giới thiệu bạn tôi đến với Dalat Trip.

  Lần thứ 3 đến Đà Lạt rồi, mà cảm xúc vẫn như lần đầu tiên. Đà Lạt đi đến đâu cũng thấy hoa, không khí thì cả ngày mát mẻ đôi khi là se lạnh mà ngta thường nói "ngày Đà Lạt có 3 mùa". Rồi những nhà kính buổi tối lên đèn mà mình ví như những chiếc thuyền trên cạn...Đẹp ơi là Đẹp. Cảm ơn Đà Lạt Trip đã cho tôi những trải nghiệm thú vị. Đà Lạt....hẹn ngày gần nhất nhé!

  Tôi biết đến Đà Lạt trong 1 chuyến đi du lịch với những đứa bạn thân, bọn tôi đăng ký đi theo tour của Đà Lạt Trip bởi không đứa nào biết về Đà Lạt, trong chuyến đi chúng tôi được đi tham quan rất nhiều khu du lịch nổi tiếng: Thung lũng tình yêu, đồi mộng mơ, hồ Tuyền Lâm, Langbiang, đồi thông hai mộ, tham quan vườn dâu... và còn được anh hướng dẫn viên kể rất nhiều những câu chuyện về Đà Lạt, danh lam thắng cảnh, về con người nơi đây... I love Đà Lat!!!

  Paid the company to hire a driver for 2 days, very mixed experience... Day 1: Insisted that I bring my own timings for activities and then ignored them when I wanted to spend longer in certain locations. Said we would lose an hour if I did an extra activity and ended up finishing the day one hour early. Assured us that if we had any issues with our non-English speaking driver that we could call them and they would help. When things went wrong, they did not answer my repeated calls, did not return or even send a message until well after time and money was lost. When I finally did get an answer, they insisted my problems (of them not keeping the promise of answering my repeated calls) would be solved by me paying them more money for an English-speaking guide the car did not have room for. Day 2: Financially compensated part of what we missed out on Day 1- but it took a lot of convincing, a little bit of shouting and a few tense phone calls, but they did (reluctantly) provide the minimum amount I asked for. Changed driver who was amazing! Helped us squeeze in as much as possible within the allotted time- was very flexible in shifting activities around and accommodating ALL of our requests. Difficult to sum up the experience and say whether or not to choose this company again- when it all goes well, it provided an awesome experience, when it did not go to plan, it was draining financially, time-wise and emotionally. Try your luck, or don't....
