  Great hotel with beautiful view and fantastic breakfast service. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because some of the junior staffs are quite rude and unprofessional. I asked for a simple vase to put flowers bought from Da Lat Market so my mother would have something pretty to look at but were transferred around so many department for said vase that they thought I was a hotel employee asking for a favor! Then the lady who finally produced a cheap vase after 1.5 hr had the audacity to ask for a tip!Utterly ridiculous! And apparently someone use the employee key card to open my mother's room in the middle of the night and shine a handlight in, which understandably made her jumpy.

  Resort nói về view đẹp, tuy nhiên hệ thống máy nước nóng lạnh trong phòng thực sự có vấn đề, cách âm giữa các phòng chưa tốt, chưa hài lòng vấn đề này lắm, còn lại ok, buffet ăn sáng khá ổn,

  Our family love this resort. Lake view is so beautiful and romantic. The staff are nice and hospitality. The room are clean, pretty , and convenient. We love the Ginger honey for comfortable night.

  確實有五星的水準，幾乎是無可挑剔的度假村（特別以它的價位來說更是）。 1. 設施維護得非常好，雖然偏離市區，但是沒有老舊髒亂之感。 2. 好得超乎預期，完全可以當成景點來玩樂，湖光山色很美，還有自有的動物園，可以看到鹿與孔雀的活動，還看到孔雀跟小孔雀到園區散步，可愛有趣。 3. 游泳池的利用率很低，但因為維護得好，體驗是愉快的，有兒童專用的暖水小池。 4. 早餐的水準很好，種類雖然不多，大體上都很精緻。

  Chả hiểu tiêu chuẩn 5 sao kiểu gì? Phục vụ chán, không chuyên nghiệp, còn khó chịu với khách khi nhờ lấy danh sách phòng, dịch vụ tệ, hỏi tới cái gì cũng không có. Nhờ setup bàn đón tiếp mà cho mỗi cái bàn không vậy đó. Được cái khuôn viên rộng, cũng khá đẹp. Nội thất phòng cũng ok. Thích nhất cái lò sưởi tại hôm mình lên trúng đợt lạnh nhất Đồ ăn không ngon, ít món.
