  Hardly elegant.. more rough and ready. Rooms OK and location good, but lacking attention to detail. Minimal mini bar with no prices, no cups, no soap, no plugs near the bed. Limited hot water for showers. Hotel and rooms need some updating looking old and well worn. Staff friendly enough, with a kind of this is how it is attitude. Not good value for Da Nang. Further to your reply... the water heats up, but doesn't stay hot for more than 3-5 minutes. As for your reasons why you don't have power supplies near the bed... never heard such crazy excuse! Your hotel is not bad, just needs more attention to detail by management, seem like lazy approach to guests.

  I love this hotel and my stay were a pleasant experience. The service is a 6 star if I can give them. The room service was prompt and met our needs.

  Vị trí rất thuận tiện, bước xuống sảnh thì bên trái là Beer Club, bên phải là Novotel với Sky36 bar với DJ chơi nhạc hay 😊

  Great location with beautiful view of the Han river, friendly staffs, great services and their rooms are clean. As for Candice Da Costa, You are the person who did not have the right attitude. You were so impatience and RUDE I felt so sorry for the waitress and it's not acceptable. However, you need to get your facts straight. I am NOT the owner of the hotel. The people who was with me was my husband and dad. We are here on vacation and are guests at Elegant Hotel just like you. I could not stand your attitude that's why I step in to help the waitress.

  Rooms are new and clean. Great location with the view of beautiful Han river. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had wonderful time. Thanks and 5 stars for elegant hotel!
