::Sehr schlecht organisiert. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keiner kann Deutsch vor Ort. Das Securitypersonal ist unverschämt beleidigend. Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Der E-Mail Support ist mehr als inkompetent. Wirklich inakzeptabel, dass dieser Schweinestall Deutschland repräsentieren sollen.

::Rude staff. Apparently local staff learn this behaviour from their Germany boss. I met Germany security lady manager, she is extremely rude too. No wonder the local staff behave like this.
