::日本人職員がおらず、ベトナム人職員の対応となる。態度は異常に悪く、そのためか客の怒号が響き渡る空間となっている。大声を出してストレス解消を目的とした施設といううたい文句なのであれば★5つの栄誉に値するほどのインパクトを持つ。 おりしも近辺には日本食レストランが多いが、それらの上質な接客を受けてから大使館に来ると、これが本当に同じベトナム人なのかと疑いたくなる。ある意味人間の底辺というか、格差というものを知るためのいい社会勉強になったとして敢闘賞、★3つを進呈したい。

::Khuôn viên to, rộng thoáng, đẹp lắm. Phong cách người Nhật làm việc thì nhanh chóng, cẩn thận và có trách nhiệm trong công việc. Tôi đã từng xg Đại sứ Quán, hôm đó đi phỏng vấn xin visa. Nhân tiện cho tui hỏi ad, kết quả phỏng vấn đương sự xin visa khoảng bao lâu thì có vậy? Hiện tại tui đã pv 1 tuần nhưng chưa có kết quả? おねがいします。

::Note that my comment only reflects my recent experience at Japan facility in Hanoi. I paid 3 visits to this facility. In addition, I've only interacted with their Vietnamese reps so it may not apply to their Japanese ones. As a frequent traveler, I stack them up against other foreign embassies that I've been to (US, Australia, S.Korea..). 1. The security guard is not very informative but rather authoritative. They line people up and ask for IDs prior to let you know in - which is normally fine. However, they seem to enjoy scolding people - mostly first timers. Bunch of low-pay cuckoos. 2. Website lacks a lot of information to guide travelers to prepare their VISA application effectively. Eg: it doesn't say that you would need original, hand-written invitation letter. Each time, reps want a different kind of document that in no way you can find on the site. 3. Vietnamese reps: I just wow how terrible their customer service is. Once I asked if they could provide me a document template ( list of invitee) as I couldn't find one on their website, they bluntly rejected and told me to figure out myself. Another time they scolded at a poor girl because she didn't stack passports in the way they want. Thought you'd learn to "grow up your manner" given being exposed to foreigners. What a shame on you. 2 cents to other travelers. Life is short - waste no time here. I'd recommend you to pay some bucks and have travel agent (listed on their website) manage this horrible process. To Japan embassy, I hope you take this feedback seriously and make adjustments. What an amazing country you have. Don't let this downgrade your wonderful brand.
