This place was awesome. We had our own private pool and their main infinity pool was also very cool. The property was well maintained and clean. You also get 2 free spa session included in the price of the resort. I didn't have time to utilize them but would highly recommend scheduling in advance. Great to take your kids but small babies (newborn to about 3) I wouldn't recommend. The entire room is either marble or tiled which is beautiful but not very safe for small children. One negative is that the wifi in the room was great when it worked but it kept disconnecting so was pretty irritating

Great service. Beautiful views. Clean amenities. Can book multiple spas per day. Can order the "Floating Romance" for some Vietnamese tapas with champagne in the privacy of your own pool. Will definitely love to come back!

I don’t think I’ll come back here again. As I’m writing this, I’m actually still at the hotel. And I can’t wait to leave. Amongst other things, I’m appalled by the fact that there are quite a number of mosquitoes in the room. After our first night spent in great discomfort, the next morning, at breakfast, we happened to speak to someone who said she was the General Manager -- and told her of our problem. Or rather their problem. She suggested that a mosquito net be put up and the room sprayed. We thanked her for her suggestions and agreed wholeheartedly that those steps should be taken. We then later spent the whole afternoon out at golf, only to come back to see that nothing had been done. We asked the ladies from housekeeping, who turned up to change our towels (weird that they should be doing this at 5) about it. And after a lot of hand gestures (for very few of them can speak English, and those who can won’t be able to carry out more than a basic conversation), they understood us and were going to spray the room. When I caught sight of the bottle one of them was holding, I asked to see it. She of course did not understand me, so I took the bottle from her. It was a bottle of insecticide. I asked how much she was going to spray. And of course got no answer. We spoke to their supervisor to asked how much was going to the sprayed, and of course got no answer. But we did get across our requests, and decided to chance it, letting them spray the room, stay out as long as possible and hope that they know what they are doing. Of course the question I have is this: why did they not do this while we were out for five or six hours this afternoon? Did the word of the general manager not count for anything? An extra note about the staff’s inability to speak English: asking the waiter at their restaurant for something as simple as iced water requires charade-playing. So don’t stay here if you have any dietary requirements, or are not willing to risk something like being poisoned by insecticide.
