  The place was smaller than the pictures indicated but they were super nice, always happy and always ready to help you if you need them to. Definitely will go back there

  This is the best hotel I've stayed at in this price range. The rooms are a bit dated, but this hotel shines in terms of service. The front desk staff are exemplary - not just polite, but willing to make recommendations, solve problems, etc. You're always greeted when you come into the lobby. The breakfast is nice, with options like pho (including vegetarian), omelettes, and crepes. The service here is a step above what I've received at a Hilton or a nice resort.

  Nothing to do with pictures. Although we book a room with street view , receptionist try to give us a room without real window, after complain give us the correct room. beds are not comfortable you can feel spring head in your back, pillows are extremely high for me. Toilet smells bad if you dont turn on ventilation. Breakfast is very poor. not open buffet.

  A good hotel for the price. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Breakfast is fine too: coffee, eggs, toast, fresh fruit, pho.

  The best thing about this hotel is the great staff. Always a smile and happy to help as much as they can. The rooms are basic, we where upgraded one night and the upgraded room is slightly bigger, had a larger external window and had a propper double bed but didn't notice much more of a difference. There is a small scooter parking area (side walk in front of the hotel) where we parked our scooters. Didn't look real secure, but our bikes were fine. Also the standard double room actually has two single beds pushed together. Not comfortable in the centre and had two single covers as well. The breakfast is nice but limited options. All in all its a 50/50 if we would stay here. It was good and the staff amazing, but was it good enough to not try another place??
