::Fantastic hotel in a very central location. The staff are the nicest and most helpful out of any hotel I've ever stayed at. We left for our flight before the restaurant opened for breakfast and they actually packed it for us to go. We had a tour of Cat Bah island and they contacted the tour company to ensure our pickup time. They also called us in the morning to wake us up so we wouldn't miss breakfast.

::Nice hotel with amazing staff. The service is truly incredible. All the basics amenities and then a few more. Internet was reasonable, breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Even found our tour phone number To send us a bag we had left behind.
