  We arranged our transfers in advanced with the HTS company, because we needed to arrive to our flight. We paid for the express way that it was to be two hours and instead they took us through the terrible and long way and when we called the agency to tell them that we were not on the right route , they played the game that they did not understand English and they did nothing about it. And after that, the police stopped the driver and he had to get out of the car to arrange the problem. We called back the company (and also we sent them emails) and no response at all. It was announced to be an agency that was supposed not to cheat, and that is NOT the case. We wanted to have a good experience in Vietnam but It was not the case. We are still on the way to the airport, and we don’t know if we will be able to take the flight.

  Came across this service when researching reliable transfer services in Hanoi. Car transported me from Ha Noi airport to Halong Bay ($75). Driver was friendly and great/safe. In regards to booking it couldn't have been easier. Dealt with Lucy who was amazing to say the least. She was wuixk to respond to my answers and questions (even at midnight). She also went out of her way to confirm a speedboat for me to get me to my cruise in halong bay (which I missed due to a flight delay). I can't express how great ful I am to Lucy for everything that she did. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

  Hanoi transfer service. Car is very clean and drivers always come on time. We use them 3 days and very happy with their services. Responds to email are very prompt.

  My family and I visited Hanoi from 29 Dec to 2 Jan. We arranged the airport pick-up and drop-off with Lily and were very happy with her work! She was very quick in responding and was very accommodating. Due to the rain on the last day, we had to change our pick-up time from the hotel 3 times. Lily managed to re-arrange the car very quickly. I would highly recommend the company!!!

  The prices are very good. They provided a decent and quick airport transfer to our hotel. However, because we were delayed getting through immigration, by the time we got to the arrivals hall our driver was nowhere to be seen. Apparently he just left instead of waiting. It took some time for him to return, amidst communication problems as well as no one picking up the phone for the number we were given for almost half an hour. So our time was wasted, but the service was otherwise sufficient.
