  Excellent staff and experience. If you're expecting something modern, this is not the place for you. Gotta mention that we were moved from 3rd to 1st floor and it wasn't as good.

  Rooms are spacious. Comfortable bed with abundance of pillows. WiFi speed is great. Great value for money. Included breakfast buffet has wide variety of dishes both Western and Eastern.

  Best place to be in the hotel is well located close to city centre and reasonable price for Hilton standards... The staff are wonderful and accommodating for all your request (you would expect that from brand anyway) and the breakfast is delightful... Could have been much more tidy in the rooms...see attached picture..this is the dust that came when I wiped one the inside clothing cabinet to keep my week worth od clothing....

  Rather an old property. Needs recarpeting. They do a good job to keep up the Hilton brand and service. Live piano music in the evenings at the lounge. Sports bar is quiet. Breakfast selection is very good. Location wise very central. Walking distance to the Old Quarter.

  A "proper" hotel. Classy, and with charm. Close to all the major things to do and see in Hanoi. Rooms are clean and spacious. Could use simple updates like modern international power outlets, and many more of them. But that's a minor issue. Executive lounge is nice. Fitness center is well equipped enough to get a decent workout. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful.
