  A perfect gem close to the vibrant heart of Hanoi. Staff helpful and speak good English (better than my Vietnamese). Highly recommended

  Всем привет!) Один из лучших отелей в Ханое. Отель Опера, кот. принадлежит к международной группе отелей. Местоположение, отличное центр города. До центрального озера всего 5 минут пешком. Все рядышком. Обслуживание хорошое. Персонал приветливый и услужливый. Есть бассейн и т.д. Номера чистые и красивые, в интерьере оперы. Вообщем не просто так 5 звезд всетаки😉 Очень понравился завтрак. Рекомендуем).

  Đến bao lần, lần đầu gửi xe máy tại KS và được bảo vệ chào đón như vả vào mặt khách, chỉ vì mình trót không nhìn thấy ảnh và phi qua mép dốc xuống hầm.. 😑 Hẳn là khăng khăng chỉ cái biển to đùng + khoe người to vật rồi vặn vẹo thế này mà ko nhìn thấy. Bố nhìn thấy bố đã dừng lại hỏi han lấy vé chứ chả ngu gì tự dưng rước cái hất hàm vs giọng như quát khách vào người! 😑

  A beautiful hotel in the very center of Hanoi, close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel is in the historical building full of character. Rooms are very stylish, with lots of “theatrical elements” and great beds. Breakfast buffet may look small at first - until you realize that there is an a-la carte menu (included) on top of buffet selection. All in all, my favorite place in Hanoi. There is also a fantastic Pizza 4P place almost right across from the hotel - all you need got a great dinner

  First night, it was so noisy almost couldn't sleep however except from that night the rest of stay was very good. Breakfast was amazing ... Pretty good food and plenty of fruits. Service and staff are well trained and very good, helpful and proactive.
