  Wenn unser Packet wirklich ankommt hat es 5 Sterne verdient. Habe gerade eben ein Packet mit Kleidern 4.79kg in die Schweiz verschickt für 770'000 Dong mit dem Schiff. 2-3 Monate sollte es dauern. Was musst du mit bringen: Am besten bereits ein Karton mit den Sachen drin, aber noch NICHT zugeklebt!!! Zudem dein Pass um die Passnummer aufzuschreiben. Den Rest gibt es dort. Formular ausfüllen wobei dir geholfen wird. (Sie sprechen genügend englisch) Sie checken den Inhalt und verkleben dir dann das Packet und die Adresse kleben sie dir auch gerade darauf. Das Packet mussten wir NICHT in ein spezielles Papier packen wie damals in Bolivien. Und ja die Post hat Sonntags auch auf. Ich habe es Sonntags aufgegeben.

  Beware of the first office . Somedy try To scam me with high price for the stamps. .. 35000 dongs for 1 postcard by airplane To France instead of 13500 dongs. First i paid 245 000 dongs for 7 postcards and i felt so Strange That the price is différent from the stamps so i came Back and the officer told me the Real price and said it was a mistake and refund me ... i think he well knew it wasn't a mistake so be careful ! For information i paid 1 015 000 dongs for a 3.3 kg package by boat To France

  Für zwei Postkarten mit zwei Briefmarken nach Deutschland haben wir 41.000 VND (~1,50€) bezahlt. Info der Angestellten über Paketpreise nach Deutschland: 1kg, per Schiff, Dauer 2 Monate, 250k VND 1kg, per Flieger, Dauer 2 Wochen, 500k VND

  Don't get get ripped off! The guy selling stamps tried to sell them to me at double price, and I was saved by another lady.

  I used this post office to send my custom made suit and a few small items back to the United States. For 6kg it was about 50 USD for sea travel, so I'd say a fair price. The lady behind the counter was really helpful and patient (speaking pretty decent English as well). This is probably the best place you will find in Vietnam to ship things back home so you don't have to lug them around Southeast Asia.
