  This hotel didn't meet the 3 stars expectations... It was outdated and had poor maintenance . The water heater and toilet sometimes work. Vanity bathroom light and safe box were broken... It may have been considered a 3 stars hotel in the past however currently it is making small enough enough for 1.5 stars rating... The only memorable experience during my stay is the breakfast buffet. Also there is no a/c. There is alot of construction noises.

  Close to the central lake and the market, big C shopping center. Not as advertised, you could not get any view on the lake. Staff is not speaking English. None of the sink and bath tub have any plug to hold water. Hot water is limited, 2 persons have to wait for the boiler.

  we stayed in a double king bed room which is relatively small but clean and well maintained. basic amenities are there but always not according to the number of persons stay in there. we have 4 persons staying for 2 nights and the housekeeping was not supplying us with enough mineral water, towels and bathing gels and getting less on the next day. There is no phone in our room and thus we got to go to the receptionist to request for more of those items. the receptionist are helpful though. breakfast provided are ok but seems like they are not having enough staff to man all the station especially the egg station. in terms of choices, i guess it is fine just that they don't provide fresh milk in my case. location wise is ok as the city center and lake are just nearby. the is a restaurant just across the street which serve nice foods but the price is on the high side (for me). no safety box and the view from our hotel room is not nice and i will doubt that other rooms will have better view. last note, there is no ramp for wheelchair.

  Vị trí thuận tiện, gần hồ, gần chợ trung tâm Đà Lạt, giá ok, đồ ăn sáng đc, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Nhược: phòng mùi, bí (nếu ko mở cửa sổ thường xuyên), mở cửa sổ lại bị ồn buổi tối do gần mấy quán nhậu. Nên tránh các phòng đầu hồi cho đỡ ồn.

  Tôi đã ở đây 3 ngày cho chuyến du lịch Đà lạt. Gần chợ gần hồ Xuân hương. Giá cả phải chăng. Ngay trung tâm. Phù hợp cho đoàn 50-60 người hay nhóm bạn.
