  This is simply the best MMA and martial arts gym in Saigon for beginners or advanced students. Lien Phong is a long-established traditional kung fu school that has updated its style and teaching methods rapidly with the advent of modern martial arts practices. Now the school has active MMA fighters and a BJJ black belt from Brazil among its coaches and has a range of classes suitable for all levels. There are also some fun activities such as a movie stunts class where students learn acrobatic techniques. The fees for training are reasonable and the onsite restaurant is also great value. I have been living and training at Lien Phong for around 10 days and I absolutely love it here. Highly recommended.

  High level BJJ here. Black belt instructor from Brazil! Dedicated competition team. Best place for ju jitsu in Saigon. If you are looking to train BJJ in Ho Chi Minh, this is the place to go.

  Em muốn học lắm nhưng không có điều kiện híc yêu thích võ thuật từ nhỏ mà không điều kiện buồn quá 😥 ước gì được học

  Lịch học trùng với giờ hành chính nên dân văn phòng dù rất yêu thích nhưng không thể tham gia được. Cảm thấy đáng tiếc vô cùng ! Vẫn chúc Liên Phong ngày càng phát triển và mở rộng khung giờ tập luyện trong một ngày không xa.
