  Pretty small shopping mall. There is only one ATM on the ground floor and it did not work when I visited. On the fifth storey you can find the food court and it is small as well with only a few stands. I ordered a plate of fried rice with fried chicken thigh and surprisingly the chicken thigh bone was damn black as it had been frozen for too long and they still sold it for me. Never come back again to this food court. The supermarket on the third and fourth stories is abundant with different items. It can satisfy most of your demands. The bakery on the ground storey served different kinds of cakes and biscuits with acceptable level. If you wanna have some sweets you can come and visit. Price basically is cheaper than in SG.

  I'm normally not scathing in reviews, but when you are blatantly ripped off, you have to say something. Bought something that was ticketed on the shelf for 470k VND. Get to the register, and it's scanned at 560k vnd. Returned to take photo of the shelf price and came back. The only explanation from the staff is "price went up". This is just not acceptable. No sorry, no apology, no reasonable explanation, just give you a blank stare, wave the hand in the air and say: "price went up". So buyer beware... the price at the till may be different what is displayed on the shelf. Very, very poor service and attitude. This has happened to me at other places. I did not expect it at Lotte.

  Very nice clean store. They have some good sales in their flyers. Same as most other places, it helps if you know your prices. Easy checkout.
