  Big comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. It's not the destination that's important when you travel but the quality of the people you meet. Highly recommended for budget travellers

  Such Grate Place really friendly staff cosy vibe right in the centre of the old town so loads to do nice coffee and brake fast they can sort out kool trips aswell would defo go back!! Engish Speaking staff really nice to deal with

  Massive hostel is a perfect place for backpackers to meet travellers. It's alot more than just a hostel. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and can speak English above average. A free beer everynight and breakfast everyday. Location is also very decent. Recommended

  The staff was really friendly and they were nice to talk to when drinking your free beer. It's really noisy at night but that's to be expected in the old quarter. But our room on the fourth floor had a terrible moldy smell coming frombthe bathroom.

  I am tempted to say that this is the best hostel in Vietnam, but it wouldn't be completely correct... Because this is the best hostel in the world! And I can say that after many years of wanderings in numerous countries. I stayed in this place for one month, and I will go back when I return to THE city. Do not get lost in the gossamer of Hanoi: come straight to the Massive!
