  very bad service, they even dont have the right tools! they sell the cardboxes, they just want money. people not nice. go in another place!!

  Sell cardboard boxes they don't need from new bikes for $5, and the boxes are FILTHY.

  BAD SERVICE, NO SPARES IF YOU have problems with your bicycle, even buying a simple shrader tube, don't bother coming here. They don't have for sale and they don't know where in Hanoi you can buy. Worst service in 41 countries i visited so far. Why don't you change business and sell fishing rods?

  This shop's staff said it for me. "Our shop is just show room, is not technical services shop." Merida's bikes are very nice. But, this shop is not good. They don't have technich and knowledge. They can do only easy repair. Because, They can't handling spare parts. If, you need techimical support for your bike. You don't buy the bike at this shop. They can only sell the bike.
