  The BEST service and so helpful. We needed to book a bus ticket and they even helped us do that. It was a bit choppy the day we went out and we felt a bit sick, but the views were great, sea life amazing and even great snacks in between dives! They take you on a bus from their shop to the boat. Very short drive. Everything is provided for you. I would bring a towel, maybe some motion sickness meds lol and a jacket for when you get out of the water.

  Unfortunately, our experience was not as good as most of the other people who have rated this shop. We paid 3 Dives, but when we went to do the dives they were restricted to 45', even though we had plenty of air, it seems to be a policy of this place. Not only were they short, but they also refused to take us with the boat to the site, so we had to swim like 20' in one of those dives. The equipment could have been better as well, the fins we rented hurtled my feet, and they did not have boots. My girlfriend's suit was bigger, because the only suit of her size had a few holes in it. Finally, when completing our logbooks, the guy who dived with us, used a padi id that corresponds to someone with another name, which makes me wonder what kind of certification he has. We even tried to talk to the owner of the shop, but he wasn't there and after half hour we left. This is the first time that I go to a dive Center and I feel that they don't really care to make sure that you're actually enjoying what you paid for...

  Llegue a Rainbow Divers pensando que no iba a poder hacerlo por el miedo que le tenía. Desde el primer momento, Mitch, el encargado del lugar, me transmitio absoluta tranquilidad asegurandome que ellos me iban a ayudar en todo momento pero que no me lo podía perder. Una vez en el barco, conocimos a todo el staff, chicos jovenes y profesionales de todas partes del mundo. Nos asignaron un instructor a cada uno de los que estabamos allí y bajamos a ver el maravilloso mundo submarino. El miedo que tenía se transformo en felicidad de poder conocer lo que hay abajo del agua: tantos peces y colores alucinantes. Lo volvería hacer un millón de veces mas y todas con #rainbowdivers.

  A well equipped and very professional dive shop. It’s a great place to learn to dive as there’s a lot of marine life to see but nice easy conditions. I did a couple of fun dives and Mitch and the team made everyone feel welcome. Highly recommended.

  One-liner: Close your eyes and choose them. You will cherish every moment with them, on the ground and underwater. We booked Rainbow Divers for a group of 5 people for 2 scuba try dives for 4th April 2018 and 4 of us did not know how to swim. We visited them a day before to fill in some forms and watch a training video. Mitch & Ha Ha answered all our questions and made us laugh like crazy. We left the dive center right on time at 7 a.m. the next day. They have got a nice boat and everything was super chilled out. I took my first dive with Petrov and I gave him quite a hard time because I was not easy to handle. He was so patient with me all along and tried his best to make sure I at least attempt it. My second dive was with Chris and it was perfect all along. I just could not thank him enough for helping me see the life underwater.
