  The service was great and very accommodating. Our room was relatively clean however they only provided one pillow per bed and we had to ask for more. In the middle of the night our air conditioning unit started leaking but it ended quickly. Is in here best hotel? No. It's not the worst option but not the best.

  The hotel nice and clean...but the food i will rate zero....me and my family have food poison after we eat breakfast buffet...most of the food they serve are cold....im thingking the fried rice we eat...my wife pooh and vomitting..my son pooh ...and me pooh pooh a lot....we did not finish day 3 day tour....and i told to my tour agent we will comeback to city saigon... because all of us not feeling well...the hotel is nice a d clean....please review your food you serve... be sure your food is warm when you serve...

  Comfortable rooms, but slight smell of smoke. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK, but dining room crowded.

  Not as described. Old and shabby, musty smells, inadequate Aircon, generally not very clean, cockroaches in the bathroom, old climb-in-the-bath shower, breakfast buffet not hygienically presented and a number of options finished (and not replaced) by 8am (including fruit juice)

  Quite clean, friendly staffs, reasonable price
