  It is a good hotel considering the price. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is also good. I recommend a high floor room with city view. You can see a beautiful sunset in Haiphong.

  comfortable bed and room A good night's stay. Breakfast included was okay quality, reasonable assortment. The odd part was the management staff... it was like they wished we weren't there, guests are a hassle; not the slightest smile, rude. Some staff was helpful, but management team unprofessional attitude seems to have permeated. Also, during our stay there was construction (jack hammers) redoing an elevator (started at 9 am to 4 pm, crazy noisy). The location has many walking distance fresh sea food restaurants (not much other food) .

  Really poor quality for the price. Unbearable construction noise in after-work hours, stinky bathrooms. Spa is a joke. Very cold water in the swimming pool, need to pay extra for the sauna. Laundry service is charged per piece not per kilo: 15-20 dong for each panty or pair of socks! The only thing we wouldn't complain was the breakfast. Otherwise, big disappointment.

  이근처에서는 제일 괜찮은 호텔 같습니다. 가격은 한국과 비슷한 수준이고 좀 세월의 흔적은 있지만 깨끗하고 친절하고, 헬스장, 풀장,마사지도있고, 조식은 그냥 보통입니다. (호치민이나 하노이 아닌이상 이정도면 훌륭하다고 생각함.) 단지 주변 인프라가 없고, 처음 이름만 호텔 인거보고 숙박했다가 고생많이 했습니다. 베트남에서 "호텔" 에서 묵으실거면 무조건 여기처럼 현지 4성급 호텔 이나 체인형태 호텔 추천드립니다.
