  I would have been ok with this stay, if not for the thing they called a spa. You're taken to a dark stairway, to be ushered into a dim and ghetto room. After realizing what this actually was, we bailed. Afterwards, we demanded refunds for their illegitimate service. Don't stay here.

  I recently had a bad experience in the hotel with a group of noisy drunk teenagers staying there. Unfortunately this situation will always be unavoidable. However, the hotel management have proved to deliver excellent service otherwise. Fantastic breakfast too

  Very good price-performance. Without reservation our 2-bed room, breakfast included, was 370K dong. Very nice staff. Room was a bit loud due to the construction site next door and no carpet in the hall. Room and bathroom very clean and new. Instant noodles, small bottle of drinking water and a waterboiler provided in the room.

  It’s quite normal hotel, just some idiots when they designed the rooms, no electric sockets and has one under table, and the bathroom has no Glass to separate between toilet. When I wasn’t in my room they opened my room and left breakfast vouchers on table, I thought that bad service. I can be lost some stuff, you know Vietnamese always servings quite bad for customers, Why don’t they give me when I checked in. The Housekeeper knocks the door to asked me for doing cleaning while I sleeping even I hanging the board in the door that “Don’t bother me” and it’s still early morning. the foods at the restaurants quite bad, Orange doesn’t taste like real Orange and some Vietnamese foods taste bad. Normally when I stay in 5 Stars hotel laundry bag is free for me if I dont want to do laundry so I can keep my dirt clothes bring away, but they charged 80k(3.5$) for the bag. I would never come back to this hotel. It’s should be 2 Stars hotel.
