  Nicest staff...stayed here away from tourist area with great food and nice/clean neighborhood. Updates: My stayed has been based here for the last 3 years. Know area enough to get around. Convenient bus services throughout city, bus #28 takes you directly into district 1, after exploring, just take it the opposite direction for 6K each ride. Staff I also knows year after year.

  I always enjoy my stay in this hotel. I love this place because room rates are pretty reasonable, the owner and staff are very friendly, not far from the airport, and almost all rooms have writing desks which I definitely need. Some restaurants nearby are quite famous. Try at least Phở Phú Vương (339 Lê Văn Sỹ ) and Cơm tấm Ba Ghiền (84 Đặng Văn Ngữ) while you are there. If you are going to stay HCMC for more than one month, talk to them! They can offer you some nice studios in their apartment block with very reasonable monthly rates.

  Great price with rooms in good conditions. The owners are very nice, except some male staff who is not really into their work.

  Physically, this may be a one-star hotel but the customer service reaches a 5-star hotel. The true value of a hotel is its mission reflected by the service itself not by its appearance. Review made by Dung from Seattle, WA, USA spent in this cozy hotel for over 2 months.

  This was very reasonable accommodation. The room was clean and the location is close to the airport. There's food and a market nearby. We just needed a place to sleep after a late flight into the city so this was perfect.
