::Fantastic! Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety daily and a nice pool to cool off in. Clean room although small but good enough to crash at night after being gone all day.

::They have 3 different building located next to each other, and only one have breakfast/ swimming, so guests have to go there. My room is spacious, but furniture obviously not new one and they still use old key system not card key. Overall good stay

::Don't be perturbed by the odd bad review, we loved this place and will return. We initially booked into the Victory Hotel because of the pool, proximity to attractions and because at felt it was an escape from the madness of Bui Vien. We were wrong and moved on when we found this little sanctuary right off the main drag of Bui Vien. I loved this hotel and adjacent to the Oasis Saigon Garden Restaurant with the swimming pool that residents have free access to. Tip: Use Grab (Uber alternative) to get around, even to and from the airport.

::This hotel is right in the centre for bars and places to eat. Good for some but not for others. Noise from some of the club's can go on till 2 in the morning. This isn't a fault of the hotel just a warning for those thinking of booking. The hotel itself is suitable, the staff are extra helpful and really nice. The hotel could do with a bit of a tidy up as it looks a little dated inside. I would normally not worry about this however the price we paid was the most for a hotel per night in Vietnam. I understand it's in Saigon dis 1 but places we have stayed at throughout Vietnam have been better for price and what you get. The pool is nice although can be come a little cramped with sunbeds are up on the next level. Breakfast was a buffet and was decent. As mentioned it was suitable for us but the music till 2am each night caught us off guard. Other that it was a great stay and close to walk to places to eat.

::We had a quiet room at the back, overlooking the swimming pool. Bed was a bit hard and the power needed your key so every time you come back after a hot day out you needed to wait 30min for the room to cool down. Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly. But the best thing about this place is the pool.
