  Good selection of free weights, and the machines are relatively new and in very good condition. No one racks their weights. No one. So, there are plates, dumbells, and barbells everywhere. "Personal trainers" don't think it is their job to periodically rack weights; they literally step over them. Weights machine handles are thrown on the ground, so if you want to use a machine , you need to walk around looking for a handle. There are water bottles left everywhere, and smoothie drinks left half drunk next to machines.

  good monthly special offer, unfortunately staff is not very polite and care taking. compared to other asian gyms this sucks!

  SO DISAPPOINTED. As a person who has been living abroad and Vietnam, I've been tried several fitness center, but this is the first time I feel so upset after going to the gym. Though the equipment is awesome and new, the attitude of one PT were so rule. I chose to try the VIP PASS one day (August 4th) because my friend recommended for me. While I was working out on the legs machine, one PT (who has beard and kinda sort) had come to me and set my machine up with a really annoying face, and he said: "Do it quickly because others people need to use the machine". Sadly, no one need to use that machine for a while, and he was so fast that I could not see his name. I'm always ready to take turn with others because that a small fitness, but it is a really RULE attitude with customer who could be their regular partner.

  Has a "Fitness First' feel to it. 420 VMD for single entry asked how much for a week and I had to speak with who I presume is a membership consultant. Weights area is pretty cramped. Plenty of late model treadmills

  Not cheap but lots of group classes and modern equipment. Staff and trainers are very friendly and motivating. They have a million yoga classes so if you're into that it's definitely worth joining.
