  Paid 2million VND for a month while visiting. That's really steep for what you get. Then I Asked for a towel and they said I had to rent it. Bizarre business model and customer appreciation. Limited machines, super cramped free weight area with limited weight selectuin. Does have a lot of cardio machines. Overall, I'd say it's overpriced quite a bit. And then the crazy towel situation.

  I wanted to find a gym because I’m staying here for two months and they told the price was 4 million dongs for two months ... that’s like double of what I pay in Australia. It’s absurd.

  Only offer packages for one month or more. Expensive if you are here for less than one month, like most tourists.

  Stupid trial system. Wednesday I sent a request for a free day trial, and it said u would be answered within 24 hours. I was hoping on training that day but was okay with waiting a day more. Thursday, as I hadn't received any mail, I went to ask the receptionist if they had gotten my mail, and/or if I could train there. Apparently I was denied access to a free day trial. They said that there was no way I could get a free day trial, because I was "not qualified " or whatever that means. A day pass costs 20$ which is absurd! Bad service and a stupid system, and obviously I'm not the only one who've had a bad experience. Elite fitness has 3 day free trial, I've tried that in Hanoi and Saigon, and it worked perfectly and smooth.
