  There are many privately owned "Post Offices" in the area but this is the only official Hue PO. Come here if you're a tourist and need to send anything... especially of value back home. The lady who helped us send our package back to the US was very kind and helpful. After we filled out all the paperwork and she wrapped the parcel up, we told her how quickly we needed to send it home, so she had to rewrap it and redo the paperwork for making it Express (7-10 days for 1mil dong). I was expecting her to get annoyed but it didn't phase her at all. She even offered to write down her number so we could contact her if the package didn't go through.
