  Decent room. Not well cleaned. There're ants in the room a used condom on top of the cabinet left by a previous tenant. Limited options on the morning breakfast. Good enough as a budget option. Staff are friendly and cooperative.

  ...hard bed, street noise, motorbike rental only had defective bikes. Staff speaks good English and friendly.

  Small room but nice and clean. Price is fair. Included breakfast. Location is quite good to get around

  Though it was a cheaper stay in the city, I expected a better experience from a three-star hotel. My family of four, including myself, stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was more than enough for us. The receptionist desk was less than helpful and demeaning. One staff was rude when we asked for an extra blanket and pillow, also accusing us to have one more guest than what we had when we checked in. Without a sincere apology, this staff member brushed it aside as if nothing had happened after being so unprofessional to begin with. While the view of the neighborhood of our city was decent, the bed was rock-hard and old, and the bathroom was dingy and dated. Breakfast, aside from our view, was the only thing I would consider decent and enough to stop me from giving this review a one-star rating. I would not come back here again, nor would I recommend it to those traveling to Da Nang.
