  Great hotel, amazing staff” My partner and I stayed at this La Storia Ruby 3 nights and absolutely love it. Location is great since is near night market, massage places, restaurants and little shops. Our room was spacious and it came with a really cool shower. What we loved the most was the staff, they were attentive to all of our needs. They arranged airport pick up, a Ha Long bay trip and recommendation to restaurants. Thank you Jasmine, Andy, Simon and the rest of the staff for making our honeymoon special.

  We spent 3 relaxing nights at that lovely hotel. From the time we get in, Isabella, Justin and Simon took care of us and make us feel at home. We had many occasions to get advices and laughs with them. The catering for breakfast was very good, we could even ask for cooked food or enjoy some croissants. The room was clean and a laptop was even provided for us to use which was a nice feature. Wifi access was also excellent. The hotel is greatly located in old Hanoi, and there are some great food choices just nearby.

  I absolutely adore everything about La Storia Ruby, and love jack and his amazing team. Every detail was perfect, we were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived until we had to check out. I can honestly say that was the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Jack and his lovely team went above and beyond and highly recommend staying there. The food was delicious, everything is located close by, and every single staff member was a delight! When I visit the beautiful city of Hanoi again, I will only be staying at La Storia Ruby in the amazing care of Jack and his entire team. Well done guys. Thank you so so much! Rachel and Patrick :)
