  This hotel is optimized for business travel. There is no shortage of accommodations for Hanoi. Famous rice noodle restaurants are nearby, and the coffee shop right in front of you is fine. But a price comparison with the Hilton Hanoi Opera is essential.

  Well equipped room and a comfortable bed witb large screen cable TV.The hotel staff are helpful and welcoming.The hotel is located about a ten min walk South of Hoan Kiem Lake there are a few restaurants and cafes around the immediate area to try.There was a good selection of Western and Vietnamese options at breakfast with eggs or omelettes cooked to order.I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel on a future trip

  Absolutely beautiful hotel. Diamond member and I got upgraded to a suite. Stunning wood floor, all marble in BOTH (yes, two) bathrooms. Comfortable bed. The front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was quite nice as well.

  Stayed here for few nights and at 10k HHonors points/night, it's a great redemption located in fairly accessible part of the city. The hotel was clean and nice albeit somewhat dated in decor. Our suite was very large but not everything worked that well (the water sprout for the tub only produced very lukewarm water). Breakfast buffet was decent with plenty of Vietnamese and pan-asian dishes of sufficiently high quality. There are much better hotels to stay at if one is paying cash, but it's fantastic value for points.

  Hilton Garden Inn is a nice place to stay when you want to visit Hanoi... it is very close to the city center yet very quite and peaceful... from here you can easily walk around by walking... The staffs are warm, polite and helpful. I recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit Hanoi.
