  No service, world worse attitude. Their ATM eat our card, we got our plan changed n waited to their business time, but they don't give it back to us, says they don't want to. Had the same issues in hcmc, the other bank did it good, had also contact back to my original bank also got the answer they have no idea why the bank don't return back my card after you give all the identity. Don't never try to walk in. They don't care, they told us we are not their customers, which we were actually try pulling out the money from their services, with fee charging actually. HSBC bank has been giving me the good image so far, but never again after this unpleasant experience. Hope all the connecting people could all get their punishment.   ATM withdrew fee VND 50,000....too expensive. 跨國領款手續太貴了。
