  가격대비 컨디션 좋음... 아침까지 바라면 도둑놈 소리 들을 정도 ㅎㅎㅎ. 조식은 없지만 여튼 호텔같음.

  Super! We just walked in and got a perfect twin room. Very clean and comfy beds. Coffee, tea and water. Great and friendly owner and staff. We first booked for 1 night and where very happy to stay another one, too.

  The owner is extremely nice and does his best to understand you. He's very friendly and his staff is superb and wants to help you. They were up at 530am to help us arrive even though check-in wasn't until noon. Additionally, they booked me a taxi to the bus station so I can get back to Hanoi. Unfortunately the bike rentals were quoted at 2x the price of what I paid elsewhere in Cao Bang (they offered 200K dong, I found 125K elsewhere) and the recommendation for the spa was horrendous (DO NOT GO TO SEN SPA). That said, the staffs service was extremely understanding and always did their best, and the owner was personal and genuine in the best he could. The service qualifies for 5 stars for me, after going above and beyond with an incident.
