  I will not stay at this hotel again. Very impolite and racist to vietnamese guest. What a pity for a lovely hotel.

  The staff are very helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. The air conditioner works well. The breakfast is so so. Shopping amenities and decent restaurants are aplenty. You must try the local bbq sitting on low stools.

  The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Great staff, good facilities, good buffet breakfast, well situated to walk too all parts of the old city. I would definately stay there again.

  Very courteous staff. They give you a brief about the place i.e old quarter area of Hanoi upon arrival. The massage center is good. Very good location if you want to explore the old quarter! They also exchange money and hence it's a one stop for all the requirements!

  La Suite hotel got the job done, the rooms are simple, small, and clean! They left for us a lovely towel display with roses and their petals in honour of our honeymoon. The breakfast we really enjoyed, mainly because there were authentic Vietnamese dishes available, it was filling and flavoursome! Points for improvement: -the SHOWERS! They were fairly old, a bit confusing to use...the water wasn’t coming out hot neither was the pressure strong enough! ...and there was some funky sulphur smell coming out every time we used the water. I would like to give a higher rating, but showers I think are an essential part of a hotel stay!
