  The clothes don't smell. No soap smell, but no sweat smell either but there's no way they've been washed. I had a shirt that I bought in ho chi Minh and wanted it washed and when I got my clothes back, the creases in the shirt were still there. I don't recommend this place. Nice, friendly staff but didn't clean our clothes.

  Hello everyone, hope you always have wonderful great time.... As you guys all know me by now, once I write a review it would be the only 100% true, honest and complete review you would ever get in Google, unfortunately most other reviews are depending on an own personal experiences, so if the individual receives a nice treatment he/she would write a nice review, if not then he/she would write a bad review.. My review deliver any place as if it's right front of you either by words, photos, videos or all.. WHY wasting my valuable time doing this for FREE?? it's because at certain point I've needed an urgent true review about some places, but I couldn't find any so I decided to do this to help whom might be in my situation by then.. My apologies if I bla bla too much, but because I really do care and wants to deliver the best picture ever for any place with reasons, NOT just say its good or bad. My reviews scale (1) to (10) If I rate (1)= means don't get near this place unless you want to have your Owen experience so it's up to you. If I rate (10)= means WoW it's awesome amazing place, you got to visit. Let's start. A) *STAFF ATTITUDE* = (1.5) They kept saying yes yes yes even spoke their Owen languages yet they didn't really follow what they have been told... B) *LOCATION* = (4) Their locations not bad it's easy to reach. C) *CLEANING* = (1) »For dry cleaning: I have paid a lot for a "DRY CLEANING" service for my jacket, they just added perfumes and too much smell to it and it came folded, it's my first time to see a dry cleaning jacket will be returned folded and put along with my underwear in grocery plastic bag. So I believe they have no idea what Dry cleaning is. »For normal wash: I have gave them my clothes and told them exactly in Vietnamese language with the help of Vietnamese friend that there are some bad reviews about them online so I would like to give them a chance and hope to have a good clean laundry,,, I did have giving them a super CLEAR instructions that they must NOT add any Fragrance perfume or any kind of smell to my clothes ,however, I have received my clothes with over smell which I have no idea why, my clothes came back as it was giving to them, I don't think they really washed them any good... They just added too much smell and fragrance to look like it was washed good... Additional to that they gave me the cloths missing one brand New underwear... Of course you can not argue with them cause they never write the type or quantity of clothes they receive, instead They just weight it by kilos and that's it. It was waste of money, time, and energy. D)*THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THEM* = (1) with all my respect to all the TRUE people whom wrote some reviews about this place, I see that some of those 5 stars reviews are actually fabricated, some of those reviews seem written by someone belong to this place or as it happens in most reviews that they are actually made by the owners of this or that business... I haven't really listens or learned from the negative reviews I read about them so I went through this hassle, BUT The choice is always yours to try it your self. I give them here 1star due to the fact I have mentioned above. *MY RATE* to this place is (1) Hopefully this would make them do a really true wash and good job for the actual customers next time. I hope I was able to give you a good complete review about this place. Have wonderful great time wherever you are with God Bless Always🤗

  Great little place. The girl was nice and had my clothes ready when she said, very little English but enough for it to get by.

  I asked storekeeper to wash my clothes during my visit in Dalat. They are nice and honest people. They returned my clothes very on time as per my request. Btw, the shopkeeper's son can speak english very well. It could be a plus for the service.
