  Better come here before 4pm. They said working hour till 4:30pm (5pm on Google Maps which I just sent an editing suggestion) but every times I come around 4pm - 4:30pm, they close with many unacceptable reasons. I then had to go to Eximbank which closes at 5pm which is perfect. To VIB Di An: you should change your working hours because it's very unprofessional.
