  This hotel is HUGE disappointment, not matching 4 stars at all. Staff at the reception don’t know English so well and just try to get rid of you providing wrong information and trying to cheat! Be careful when exchanging money with them(count! I was missing money) and check the bill, for me they tried to add other services I didn’t use! Hotel is quite dirty, but I could live with that until I found in my bathroom somebody’s nose pick “treasures” sticked to a wall!!! Breakfast is very limited and stuff is hesitant to refill some dishes and juices. While having breakfast you my find remaining of spring rolls under the table, it keeps you wondering- how and when did they get there as they are not included in the breakfast. Never again!

  Very nice hotel. Great facilities and close to the airport but you can't walk to any sites or shops. Very good gym and pool facilities. The reception staff tried to push us into a room upgrade which wasn't appreciated but all other staff were helpful and spoke good English.

  Mình chưa ở nha. Đưa con đi khám bệnh ở Mekong, bác sỹ yêu cầu lấy máu nên đi qua đây uống trà và ăn vài lần. Nhìn chung, các bạn nhân viên rất dễ thương và chiều khách. Trà ngon, order trà có thêm cookie, sữa đường để tự mình pha theo sở thích. Phòng trang trí cũng đẹp. Có ukelele treo trên tường, piano và chỗ hướng ra sảnh oto thì có để những chậu hoa cúc vàng rất đẹp mắt

  If you need to be near the airport, this is a great hotel. Taxi to the airport is 50-60K dong (US$3-4). Very good service, clean rooms, nice TV & Internet. But you are stuck at the hotel with almost nothing nearby as far as Mini-marts, coffee places (and Vietnam has lots of them) or restaurants. You are pretty much stuck eating & drinking at the hotel. They will not allow locals come to your room after 10PM.

  The hotel looks like it has been renovated recently. Some fixtures appear old, while other items look fresh and new. Overall it looks nice. The lobby is well lighted and appears lively. It goes straight into the dining area and a swimming pool. Events can be held around the pool. The staff are well trained. Check in was very fast. There was a problem with the room, but it was fixed super fast. The rooms are large and comfortable. Furnishing practical simple and looks nice. Being near to the airport, about 10 minutes in traffic has its advantages. They also provide pick up and drop off service as part of the hotel guest benefits.
