  Delux city view room. Reception and staff are very frendly and considerate. The rooms are fairly presentable however as deatailed by other reviewers, the bathrooms are horrible with dissgusting maroon/cerise toilet, shower and basin. Needs a good revamp. Airconditioner is also a bit on the loud side. Bar fridge well stocked with drinks. Buffet breakfast okay - good egg station, bacon tasted like it had been boiled and was not nice, coffee also very ordinary. You have a good selection of other food. The staff definitely make this place and location is very good for exploring.

  Great location, staffs are attentive. The breakfast buffet is fairly standard and decent. room is good for the money. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.

  Service and location were great. Clean room. Bathroom was less than desirable. Maroon-colored toilet, bathtub and sink. Nothing special. It was the quietest room we had in Hanoi. Which was great for sleep. Price was ok. But no gym. And breakfast buffet was Good.
