::On arrival hotel staff was very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet delicious, lot to choose and yummy. I am expecting my stay for the next two weeks to be like in paradise.

::I’ll give this hotel a 4 star!! I was expecting it to be quite bad by the reviews I have read. But the hotel turned out to be awesome! The location it’s awesome! Walk out the hotel you will see a small night market, 3min walk to beach, 5-15min drive to attractions, and they provide city tours to major attractions with a low price !!! Even the breakfast is great , they change most of the menu everyday. The only thing is one of the rooms I book at 1st was having a toilet problem, but they manage to fix it almost immediately which I think that’s great customer service . I’ll definitely stay at the same stay if I ever visit Nha Trang again ! P/s: you can buy the Vinpearl theme park tickets at the reception counter !

::Good tourist hotel. Small swimming pool on the roof. The breakfast is above average. The balcony is for show and too small to use for more than popping out for a smoke. But a balcony means it has full length windows.

::Rooms are furnished with premium bedding . Air conditioner dust filter in room was dirty . Breakfast buffet is just OK. Nice beach towels and good beach umbrella service . Good pool on top floor maintained and better pool at sister property nearby . Excellent food shops close to hotel . Airport shuttle 300 m from hotel 50,000 vnd beach close enough . A bit away from city center. Hood hot water and pressure in hotel rooms. Hallways noisy from other guests slamming room doors. Construction noise starts at 7 am tours available in lobby good options.
