  Clean room, nothing more. The landlord lady was very greedy.

  We had to stay in Hai Phong twice and this was the best option for a budget price. The beds are quite hard but the lady who works there is pretty nice and there are quite a few places around to eat, and it's pretty central to the bus or ferry stations. the entrance is a few steps down an alleyway so at first it might be a bit confusing to find.

  Very hard beds, you basically sleep on a wooden plank.
