  Airport transfers from this hotel is VND 230000 but this hotel wanted to charge me VND 400000. Apart from this everything else were good.

  Good hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Mostly Vietnamese speaking staff though but reception have a better English level. Breakfast is good and offers some local Vietnamese dishes including the rice cakes and crepes. Also have some Vietnamese coffee too! Room service is very limited however. But there's plenty of food places around the hotel. Just wander around. Some convenience stores are also dotted about within walking distance.

  Service was excellent! We had 2 rooms. Twin beds were comfortable. Double bed was very hard. We completed and they sent someone up right away with a thin padding. It made the bed a little softer, but it was still pretty hard. The free breakfast buffet was pretty good. The location is great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
