::I had really nice experience here. So many nail designs you can choose.. The treatment was okay/normal but the staffs are really friendly plus the price is appropriate with the service so it deserves get 5 stars Totally a recommended nail salon in Da Nang.

::I went to ZozoNails during my vacation here today because of all the great reviews on Google but I am unlucky enough to have a terrible experience there. I chose to do a Gel Manicure and a normal Pedicure, they are both very reasonably priced. Pedicure was where my nightmare begins , it was honestly the most painful experience I have had at a nail salon, at first Staff A (a gentleman) was doing my cuticle cutting and he managed to cut through my cuticle and left it bleeding. (Both my big toe and my middle toe). I was shocked and he only used water and cotton to clean it until I expressed my worries, and asked 'Is it okay?' No apologies received, but thank god he went to get some disinfectant to put it on my cuticle - which you can imagine, it was PAINFUL. (You can see attached photo) After that, it was already very uncomfortable obviously but the worst was when the inexperienced Staff B (another gentleman) was putting the nail polish on, and made mistakes for like 3-4 times.... my cuticle were stinging so badly when he used the nail polish remover to clear the uneven polish before he can re-do it again. It was a torture... Okay, onto the Manicure, Staff B was responsible for filing the previous gel away and that was very rough, a few times I actually withdrawn my hand reactively because I felt like he was gonna file my cuticle off. After he went on to do my pedicure as I mentioned above, Staff C (a lady) was responsible to do my manicure instead, I requested not to get my cuticle cut so I thought it will be fine. AND I WAS WRONG, she managed to clip the skin next to my nail until the flesh of the underside of the nail is exposed (as you can see on the attached photo), it wasn't bleeding but it hurt a lot and it's all red and exposed.... The manager apologised after I expressed how frustrated I was and waived me the cost of the pedicure. In the end It was a very cheap deal but it was an awful and painful experience that I wish I have never come across. Sadly this is my honest review, I cannot even say I have been allocated to 1 inexperienced staff, because I have had 3 and they were not professional IMHO. Uneven filed nails, bubbles underneath the gel nails (which are also my case) - Fine, it's a very affordable place, I don't expect 5 stars quality, but bleeding in a nail salon? No thank you, that is just a basic expectation. Not mentioning now I might have the risk of getting an infection in the coming few days..... I hope this review is helpful and I would like you to think twice before you go.

::I had a lovely experience here!! I was just interested in getting my toes done, but after seeing their great prices, I opted for an herbal footbath/massage combo, shampoo/shoulder massage combo, and gel pedicure. The girl doing my pedicure was great--I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she was so invested in trying to copy it exactly, and kept checking for my approval. It came out even better than I imagined! The leg massage was very thorough as well. My 2nd favorite was definitely the shampoo and massage...almost fell asleep, it was so lovely. She blow-dryed my hair after, so it looks better than it has in a week, since I got here. 😂 And they were busy, but got to everyone quickly! Can't recommend enough. ^^
