::Lily is very detailed, patient and experienced in explaining to us the package options. Reasonably priced and straight to the point, no hidden costs and additional surcharges. My friends and I booked a 1 day Halong Bay tour for 6 hours on the boat, medium quality (better than the basic one) for 90,000dong per pax for transport and boat and entrance fees.

::Decent hostel and nearby the main Hanoi river attraction. Snowy, one of the staff there is particularly helpful and helped us book overnight buses from Hanoi to sapa even though we only stayed for a night! WiFi here is also stable and there are charging points for your electronic devices at the reception area. Had hot water too so that was really good :) satisfied stay for the price!

::Turen med Mao's søstere var fantastisk, men meget hårdere end programmet sagde. Ikke et problem for os, men andre fik en overraskelse. Husk varmt tøj da der ikke er varme på homestayet, sådanne oplysninger og hele organisationen fra Lillys side var meget skuffende og mangelfuld, og vi havde ellers hørt så gode ting. Men efterfølgende god service, da de hørte jeg ikke have været tilfreds.

::Lily is the absolute BEST. I say this without hyperbole. She and her staff were extremely communicative via email before our trip and even during. I don't know how they do it. Seriously. They must have a million customers and treat them all truly above-and-beyond. After paying a deposit, on arrival in Hanoi we stopped at Lily's (who organized the cheapest car we could have ever found from the airport) for the run-down of what she organized and to pay the remainder. She set us up with wonderful tours with small groups and gave us many options without feeling overwhelming. She even gave us fresh watermelon, waters, bananas, and a delicious cured meat. Each tour she sent us on was wonderful, with small groups. I compared with her prices (which she was forward about getting a percentage of our tour cost) with buying directly from the tour companies and her prices STILL beat them. I don't know how she makes money! She was available 24-hours a day via WhatsApp, and I mean it! Any time of day she'd respond within a few minutes (usually less than 5) no matter the time or how simple or stupid the question. I am so impressed with Lily and her company. She clearly loves what she does and I've never seen someone work as hard or passionately at virtually any workplace. Use her. You WILL be VERY impressed.
