::The hotel staff are kind friendly and well spoken. The rooms are very basic for their price point and the heating did not work. We had a draft/breeze entering our room and in a Hanoian winter, this is very cold. Blankets were thin also so we had to dress in a tracksuit to sleep warmly. The breakfast is reasonable for what it is. Coffee is terrible though so bring your own instant and ask for a cup of boiling hot water. We did enjoy our stay, a couple small improvements could have really improved our stay.

::Great staff, nice (mostly Western style) breakfast. Inner room was very quiet. Good bathrooms, although some extra water pressure would have been nice. John, my new best friend and tour guide was very helpful. Thanks all for a great stay, looking forward to seeing you again soon
