  Outstanding and very helpful staff... Always smiling and pleasant and made our stay at the hotel memorable and comfortable. I stayed at the deluxe room which was both spacious, cool and comfortable. Location is great too within a 15 minute walk to most of the local hot spots.. great place to stay if on vacation in Hanoi....a very special thanks to the front office manager, Hang for keeping things running smoothly for us and everyone else here! Thank you Hang!

  I Stayed on a business trip. The location was excellent. The room was well laid out, well maintenance, with a good bathroom. TV with many chanel. All staff were very good. Breakfast was of high quality with a good range of food.

  Das Hotel ist recht nahe dem Zentrum. Und es ist super ruhig. Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind gross. Das Bad etwas kleiner jedoch ist auch das super. Das Frühstück ist sehr lange so das man in Ruhe auch mal etwas später aufstehen kann.

  This is a nice hotel and is located a fifteen minutes walk from the old town and Central market. Hotel Hanoi museum is a five minute walk away. The rooms are modern, bright and very clean. The buffet breakfasts are also decent.

  I have mixed. Feelings about this place. They placed me and my family on a smoking floor when I asked for non-smoking, but they were able to move us the following night. Food was good, but don’t order the burger, I order well done and they brought me close to raw, I guess because the patties are frozen so the center doesn’t cook. The concierge is very reliable and found me a trip to halong bay and also found rain boots for my kids. Breakfast buffet is very good, small but with the essential specially if you want western food. Everyone is very friendly and attentive, I could stay again there.
