::I can't imagine how they get away with charging so much for a room -- $200USD? I stayed in many places in Hanoi just as nice for considerably less. The street it's on is noisy and has a bustling meat market in the morning. Cars cannot get down this street so be prepared to walk. It is walking distance to the old district.

::Correct. Attention pensez vraiment à négocier le prix de votre chambre double. Déjà on te signale qu'il y'a plus de standard mais des deluxes uniquement "faux" présentez comme argument que sur AGODA il y'en a de dispo. Et comme par magie ils en trouvent de dispo. Et négociez bien le prix de la chambre en dessous des prix des sites de booking. Sinon pour la chambre c'est très correct. Attention pas de fenêtre dans les standard mais c vraiment pas important. Il y'a un AC un frigo et une douche très propre. Ils ont l'ascenseur. Petit déj non inclus. Correct. Be aware. Négociate for the double Room price. At first they'll want to sell you the deluxe one pretending they dont have standard but fake. Tell them that there is available on Agoda. And négociate the price way behind agoda's price. For the room. It was décent with ac and a fridge and clean shower. The standard room doesn't have windows but it's not a big deal.
