  Хороший отель, вежливый персонал, удачное местоположение, но лежали где-то далеко от отеляи по жаре мы до них так и не дошли. На 2м этаже, где прлходит шведский стол очень грязные окна(

  So... after being seated and asking for a beer whilst we looked through their extensive menu, we were approached by another waitress asking if we wanted to order a drink... she seemed unsure of our table number. Our beers arrived and as I looked through the menu, with a pen-clicking waitress a foot behind me leaning over my shoulder, we logged onto the Wi-Fi to see other's reviews...suddenly the menus were scooped away and we were brought our bill. A misunderstanding? Not sure. Needless to say we didn't eat here... hmmmm

  Although we did not stay at the hotel, which I'm sure is fine, but the standard of service we had at the restaurant was not good at all. We arrived and were seated but the staff were shocked to know that we weren't Russian and it took them a while to find an English menu (approx 10 minutes). That I completely understand because after all we were in foreign country. Once there was a member of staff that understood our order (or so I thought) myself and my wife ordered 2 of the same dish but only one came out. We asked but nothing came about. We then decided to go but it took us about 15/20 minutes for us just to get the attention of the staff who were down the far end talking to each other and serving Russian families. I got the impression that because we weren't Russian we were sort of forgotten about. Again, I'm sure that the hotel is nice and to be fair the food was rather tasty (6/10) but I wouldn't go back there again.

  Хороший отель. Почти в центре. Шаговая доступность до пляжа. Внимательный персонал. На рецепшене некоторые сотрудники владеют русским языком. Знают и понимают английский. Достаточно богатый шведский стол. Свежие фрукты
