::Wonderful staff. Jenny was just superb. She organized everything for us and give very good advice. Price is very reasonable Bad point they Dont give towels. The woman that makes breakfast is not very nice.

::Wonderful staff; incredibly helpful for local advice, tour bookings, travel ideas in and around Hanoi as well as onward travel planning (Jenny even mapped out a custom itinerary for me!). The Hostel itself has a lovely cooked breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with fresh fruit, tea & coffee (all free), and you can even get a free beer in the evening. Comfy dorm rooms with air conditioning, wall fan, street-facing balcony, private power points, good WiFi and very clean facilities. Excellent place to stay and all for a good price in the old quarter of Hanoi.

::The WiFi didn't work in the room or in the rooftop bar, the bar was pretty underwhelming and the aircon didn't work very well. The English speaking receptionist was very nice but that didn't make up for the wifi, aircon and bar.
