  “The best Private Day tour that i ever have!!” i was introduced this hotel/ tour by a friend. he was right!! This is a very good hotel which should get a big complementary from all of us. Me and my family total 22peoples are having fun by all the arrangment from the Hotel Manager/Local Tour guy/a new sincere friend, Alex. We communicated through email before we confirm to book for the hotel and tour. His prompt reply was suprise me. In the 1st day when we reached Hanoi, he brought us from airport to hotel personally. and he took him time to bring us to have a short walk in Hanoi City. (all this are not included in the package, He is such a kind person) Under his arrangment, we had a great trip to Sapa and Halong Bay. He is well communicated with another tour guide in Sapa and Halong Bay to make sure everything is all right. All the arrangement is great, everyone of us are having good fun in Hanoi. (The last day of the trip, my family is having a emergency case and she has to fly back to our contry immediately, im very very appreciated for Alex's help. He is really kind and helpful. and all these are not included in his job.) this is the best private tour that i ever been. And the hotel is clean, they also allow us to take about 4/5 rooms to rest/shower before our tour Sapa. Come and experience it!! you wont be regret!!
